This is a Fishpond Shooting Star Chest / Backpack. Can be worn a simple chest pack with two choices of neck straps (long or short) and a waist strap or can be attached directly to the backpack which has several compartments, rod tube holders on the sides, rainfly in a zippered compartment, adjustable shoulder and waist straps and water bottle holders on the sides.  It is used but in excellent condition. These sell for $190 and I'm asking $95. I prefer local pick up in West Seneca (near Buffalo) or can ship with buyer paying shipping.
