I was able to slow my boat to 1mph just by changing the prop to a low pitch blade

In years past I'v had good luck running sutton spoons #44 - #31's , not sure if sutton is still around. -
I'm a big fan fishing lake Onterio and the finger lakes with a boat,I'v been doing it for the last 35 years.I was keeping my old wood boat 1953 Lyman @ Hendreson Harbor.Sad to say that the rot got so bad that it's not worth fixing up anymore.Looking to get a fiberglass boat next 19-21'.Anyway keep them lines tight.

Taughannock is where most lake trout like to hang out this time of the year, with a steep drop off and lots of structure.I'd hate too roll a kayak in Cayuga lake this time of the year!
