I am trying to cure some eggs in the single egg form. I am trying to make the inside like rubber and I just cannot get it. Does anyone know how that is willing to share their recipie? Thanks in advance.

If you go online there are a bunch of websites. I personally do not cure my eggs, i let them air dry in a strainer for 3 to 4 hours or until they get filmy on the top layer and then i freeze them.

Why go through the hassle when trout beads work just as good?
