Anyone interested in taking a six pack or masters course in the Southern tier
of NY or the Northern tier of Pa. Sometime in the late Feb to early March time
frame.

Its a course on how to drink a 6 pack and stiil dock your boat without hollaring "PREPARE TO RAM"...6-PACK is a short term used to define a lower grade "Captians License" still qualifys you to become a charter up to 6 pass, its a good starter course in all the "rules of the road" needed to start a charter service. Ithink they even teach you the boat proceding from starboard is the stadon vessel and the boat to the port is giveway vessel... some times that seems to be the tuffest part "some " captians learn.or remember.............ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
