Hey guys, you Charters that have to get that TWIC card, I saw this on a boating forum and thought you guys might be interested:

I tried reading the US Code and got a headache, it reads as convoluted as anything else in the Federal Register (I think they do that on purpose so noone knows what the heck they are actually saying)

It looks like there may have been a bill introduced to exempt you guys from the TWIC requirement. Check out the link above. There is a link to the advanced text of the proposed Senate Bill S.3377.
