I appreciate all the offers but I am not going to give the boat away... This is a solid fishing machine that needs a little TLC (cosmetically). Mechanically, it is great shape with the new engine and rebuilt outdrive.

The only trades that I would be interested in at this time would be a dump truck (GVWR of 26,000 or less (I don't have CDL)), Equipment trailer for large backhoe, small bulldozer, or a dump trailer.

I am listing my 1987 Bayliner Trophy 2460. I have upgraded to a larger boat and no longer need it. It is in nice shape and is ready to fish. The engine was replaced in July of 2013 with a newly remanufactured Mercruiser 260HP 5.7L shortblock. the OMC Cobra outdrive was rebuilt at the same time including all new gears in the upper gear case (previous engine was a 230HP 5.0L and the gearing was changed to match the new 5.7L). I have over $3500 in parts alone that have gone into the re-power. I have put maybe 50 hours on the engine since installed. I will be getting it out of storage in the next week and will add pictures then. The boat comes with a galvanized, roller, tandem axle trailer with surge brakes.

No gear is included, just the UHF radio.

I am looking for $5000 $4500 or best offer. Not interested in trades at this time.

Any of you 270 fisherman owners happen to know the gross tonnage of the vessel? I am trying to determine if it needs to be documented to used for hire. I know I can calculate the gt but I am out of town an cant take the measurements.
