great report..if you find the bait the eyes will be there.the hard part is finding what the walleyes want,speed, action, color.ill be at it in 10 days or so...im off to canada...and so long 4 now;john

515am -1130.3 men.10-30 fow.jigs and blades.4 eyes [2 toss backs] 3 sheep.2 sunnies .2 many gobies to count..for having zero wind knot a bad day..and so long 4 now;john

fished from 530am till 1130am.8-35 fow.14 eyes for 3 keepers 1 perch and 1 white perch. 2 many gobies.....jigs .blades and worm harness..couldnt find the bigger females..knot many boats out of ssbl either.surprised how little boat traffic there was.wind was crazy when it swung to the south east..and so long 4 now.john

launched out of sampson at 7am fished to 1130 am 8-35 fow..3 miles south 2 miles north of launch.never got a bite,never saw a school.and so long 4 now-john

12fow at the north end,caught 36 keepers tossed 20 back.once the wind stop blowing the fish stopped too,all caught on fatties..and so long 4now;john

4pm till 645.. ..tried again by the rr bridge with artificials..nothing going on minus 1 sunny...and so long 4 now 'john

fished from 645 till almost noon 6-30 fow using minnows at the north end just couldnt find the perch..shore line still had skim ice on the east side till 10 am..end with 6 perch.and so long 4 now;john

hoping to fish around the rr bridge for some perch and or crappies.all frozen up..went up to the locks..a bubbler was working to keep the lock ice free and perch free.caught half dozen dinks for a 1.5 hrs of effort..beautiful sunrise though...and so long 4 now.john

fished from 7am till 1 pm south of saverne,1st time running a camera.miles of shore line covered from 18 to 70fow.found 2 small schools of perch and didnt want what we offered.i learned a few things and it was good to be in a boat butt the fishing sucked..amazed at what little structure we found and when we did find some be it trees old docks and such it was void of all fish ..no smb,pike sunnies zero fish species..very odd.....and so long 4 now;john

so more info..n side south side east west..ill tell you what i know butt where you want to fish changes things in my humble opinion..

fished north end 8-38fow using worms and mister twisters from 230-630pm..could knot find them..lots of rockies and 2 small grass perch...and so long 4 now;john

if there is parking for 10 trailers their will be 10 boats.20-20 boats.the lake will get hit hard from sunrise till sun set..then once the bass tourneys start!!!! ssbl on oneida is a cartoon after bass season opens..and so long 4 now;john

6am till 2pm,2 men 20 -40 fow.dixie and jigs.5 eyes ,2 smb 2 small perch..the wind did us no favours by blowing 3 different directions..all eyes on dixie..couldnt buy a eye jigging bucktails or sonars....the gobies are starting to become a pain in the arse......and so long 4 now john

Fished from 6am till 930am

32.40fow.dixie and a perch pk lure..3 eyes and a perch..the wind was crazy most from the south. Then west .and finally a gale out of the nw...and so long 4 noe.john

oh boy,,kant wait till the state puts in a state launch..justin and his girl are good peeps..i given and taken from justin..its what its all about..he picked my grey matter and i do like wise..evening bite is not easy ..easy than day time ,,well yes..can i catch them day and nite..sure..better at nite,yes..the boat traffic will only get worse as the state puts in a launch..will that change the fishing..4 sure..will justin still find them at nite.yup..will the average eye guy find them during the day nope..and so ;ong 4 now;john
