RV is currently located on a beautiful seasonal site at Bluewater Beach Campground in Westfield NY, which is minutes away

from Barcelona Harbor and world class fishing for trophy walleye, trout and bass. 2021 campsite fees are not included in the

listing price, however the site can be retained by mutual agreement with campground owner.

Should you choose to stay at Bluewater Beach, a custom built 10'x12' utility shed can be purchased separately.

Buyer is fully responsible for removing the RV from the current site, should they decide not to stay with Bluewater Beach.
