  2. We will be fishing our way north to the St. Lawrence and staying at a friends cabin in Clayton.

Curious if anyone had some guidance to offer up about making this trip

this trip will be late June into July +/-

Just curious how traveling up the St. Lawrence was and if you typically travel the shipping lanes?

Also, looking for a contact or two on the way up and back incase of any issues

    or to trade fishing info

Greatly Appreciate any help as this will be our first "big/long trip" outside of long fishing days on the water.

  3. Just curious if there is a "dock standard" for your boat

i have a 26' Trophy - and am looking for docks (to build/buy)

does the dock need to cover the entire length of boat?

i think comfort wise i'd want it to-

just not totally sure if i was being over protective

anyone have input or ideas on this?

    Thanks

  4. I'm so confused !!!! Spoonfed-1 , Spoonfed-111, both Glen ?????

  6. Started 4 miles out of port

only had 6 rods in the water by 5:30 - 3 fire with triples!!!

landed 2 of 3 one of which was the Kids division winner +/- 27lbs on the boat officially 25.88lbs

(first king for 14yr old Leigh) front left in picture

the other my wife handled like a true champ 19lbs(Die Hard-Stingray for the big boy, Green e-chip green fly for the other)

as for pre-fish friday - they left that spot by 7am we went west towards the plant and picked away landing three others over 16lbs -

NBK and Die Hards for us - on 6 of 8 rods we finished 7 for 8 with a couple other hard rips with no one home

90 to 130 down worked anytime we hit cold water a rod fired

could only weigh 5 as one steelie was about 1/2-inch too short and our last rod fired as we picked up to run

with a king 1-inch too short

overall the kids had a blast- which made our time much more fun as well!!!

Thanks to Traxstech for top quality products and for being such great people to work with
