  7. Nice catch. Don't want to be ahole ,but try not get your fingers in the the gills unless your keeping them.
  8. I can say there were several drift boats from the east in the warm drift doing the egg thing who did not care what happened. That sparked things up.
  9. Those floating chunks are probably rafts of snow geese, there has been thousands.
  10. Does the warm bubble still exist in front of the plant? You can fish it correct??
  11. Launched out of bear creek this am on Anthony's boat from timber lake tackle. There was 6 boats out there as well. The lake was glass, bummer I'll take a chop any day. We had close to 30 bites and got most of them. Frost bite on riggers was the man. Boards was a mish mash of sticks, mostly natural stuff, large or small 70 to 100ft back. Got a visit from border patrol with the coast guard aboard. Checked all of our safety equipment and then warned us if being to close to ginna. I think we are done with that. The Altmar and Oswego boats are showing up there as well. I will be fishing the genny soon enough. Spring is showing its face, good luck.
  12. Years ago the town would keep that ramp clean 24/7. Since 911 it's over , and we all know why. It's a bummer but with the effort I see it doesn't really matter.
  13. That is awesome enthusiasm rodbuster. We were there at 7:15. I am glad to hear you had a good bite, the one that we wished for.
  14. Well slid out of the genny after trying bear creek, which was wadded up with ice, to catch a few bites. Went west cause of our winds the day before to avoid the heavily stained water. It did not matter where we went, the water was coffee with lots of creme everywhere, from braddocks to 9 mile. We had 1 bite and missed it. All the new equipment on anthony's boat from timber lake tackle is getting tuned up. Nice weather, a few ice chunks floating around to avoid, 34.2 was the best temp we saw. This week then it looks like spring, yaaaaaaaa.
  15. West marine and they stand behind them.[emoji2][emoji2][emoji2][emoji1]
