Shakedown Cruz for the C-CONTROLL for the 2011 season.

Nice day to get off from work, get on the water, and put some slime on the boat. It ran well and we even tied into some nice fish.

Fished with lilboat Dan, and he started off quick with a brown while setting his lines. Flatlines, lilboards and rigger down 5 ft all produced hits.

Its been a great inshore fishing season so far as the shallow waters of all LO are infested with quality browns and other silvers. Oswego has especially been hot this month when Mother Nature will let you out and play. Looking forward to many trips out this season.

Got out on the LILBOAT with capn Dan today. Very nice day out of Oswego. Calm seas and warmer temps. Started off slow for us off the harbor in the early am. Picked up and headed east mid morning in hopes of changing our luck. We found a nice pocket of warmer water and were greeted with some hungry browns.

Lots of nice quality fish this year already. Can't wait to get the BIG BOAT out next week, and put some slime in it. If ya get a chance come on up and enjoy the great Spring Inshore Fishery in Oswego.

We stayed away from the fingerlakes because of the wind forecast in the am and trolled the oswego harbor instead.
