  1. Flex seal it. That dude had as screen door on the bottom of his boat.
    Just kidding.
I know you said Rochester. And I'm sure there's a ton of metal shops in the city.
But information is king. If you can't find one out your way. I know there's one in the macedon area. Can't remember the name. There's 2 in sodus. D&D welding and
dj youngs. There's an awesome place just north of red creek called eagle welding.
Just an fyi. Keep us posted

  2. I have the same boat with the same problem. There is a guy here in sodus ny that can fix it for around 5k. If parts are avalible. When i was there getting a quote. He showed me one from an alumicraft he just finished. Looked like a rotted old fender on the inside. I have tried several times to contact sylvan. With no call back. There are no sylvan dealers left in my area. My next call is to a smoker craft dealer. If i remember correctly this boat is a 2000 millennium. If you would line any contact info. Pm me.

  3. Might be easier to have someone 3D print you a new one. And glue the metal piece back in. That being said. There are 2 marine junkyards that i know of.
One was/is in weedsport. (I can't remember the name, nor can i find the info online). And the other is in Watertown. I have a call out to a friend that has been to that one. As soon as i hear from him i will get the info posted.
