I’ve done it multiple ways with no difference. I’ve kept it frozen til it hits the water and also have run it thawed. You gotta remember when it hits the surface water it will thaw quickly anyways especially if using pre cut strips
In my opinion the thing that makes the greatest difference is the roll behind your rig. If tuned correctly it is deadly

I've had mine for three years and never had that problem. Obviously yours weren't sealed properly. Don't remember the cannon warranty but If I had to put money on my mag 5 I'd rather put that money on magnum-metalz.  

Sandy flesh disease usually see it in bigger fish pretty common in the Midwest I got one last year in pa.

Still biting good in the burg 2.5 3 oz

Got these 3 in 20 minutes around chimney island could on bottom bouncers hooked another 3 on jigs but didn't bring them all the way up

Caught lots of eyes just leave on the harness

Nice fish

I'll be up tomorrow pretty tough with bouncers with that wind I'm probably do some trolling staying in red mills

Took a trip to Ogdensburg yesterday wanted to troll but weeds were bad fished bottom bouncers and spinners took a while found a bunch of biters ended up with 13 total 6 keepers dropped about 5

Fished the 4th and 5th found quite a few fish around 117 on Saturday bottom bouncers and spinners ended up with 9 six keepers 3 shorts Sunday went back to 117 fish were still there got one on a jig couldn't get them to go went looking started marking a lot of fish off Shackleton point got set up got 5 more keepers and 4 shorts best bite Saturday and Sunday 10 to one

Fished fished east of ogdensburg around galop island eyes stated going pretty good on bottom bouncers and harnesses on Saturday fished bass Saturday and Sunday got 5 eyes real quick on Monday morning 3 keeper 2 shorts glow green worked best

Went 2 for 5 on May 3 trolling buddy got 3 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday on swim baits rest of the week all pike and bass

Hey Pap I fish the pack a lot haven't been there lately but usually fish off shuman point and walts cove area also good in front of the dike watch out keep em Loy's of standing timber

Did great in ogdensburg ended today 112 total limit of keeper size every day all bottom bouncers and glow green spinners only two today north wind
