I get it. I believe spin doctor recommends 9-11 feet back of a Dipsy. So I assume a spin doctor would be best 9-11 feet back of the Dr ball.

Do yourself a favor and paint the bottom with anti fouling bottom paint. I have a proline 26. I also paint the outdrive with same paint. When you haul out I fall, hit the bottom with a low pressure washer. The green algae and moss will come right off if you hit it before the green stuff dries. The paint is made specifically to protect your boat from mussels, mollusks etc. I keep outdrive down so outdrive stays lubricated all seaso. 

Just curious.  When you say the stern and stringers are100%, have they been rebuilt?

Thanks. Yes I see. I will be using fixed cheaters about 20 feet above the main line. Was curious which line should be longer behind the ball….bottom line or fixed cheater?  Thanks. 

How far back do people run Cheaters (mono) off the DR line?  Should lower line be closer to the ball or farther out than cheater above it?  Thanks

Good to know. Sounds like the anti flea line is a bit slippery and may release too easily. I’m going with a thick 30 lb (Damyl Tectan) which is supposed to be tough.

Hey thanks. I tried to get the Blood Run anti flea mono but they have none in stock. None at Fish USA either. So going with a 30 lb mono. Will take your advice on the flouro leaders for the spoons. Thanks.
