No the prettiest thing but it gets the job done and doesn't really cost anything besides some scraps I had at home

0:18 in and 8:10 is a really cool shot of a fish checking out the other SD
-
0:10 and 2:00 in i believe are the fish in this video
-
little crappie, i'll snap i pic of it tomorrow..very easy to make. i'm running 25lb big game. Yea maybe the speed is what is really helping, in the next videos the SD isnt spinning like crazy and they check it out but not interested in stricking
-
the noise seems to be from the line/SD because after the release its gone. downspeed was anywhere from 2.2-2.6 most of the day on a north troll
-
silver hero 3, yea we hardly marked any fish and as you can see that first fish showed up behind the gear 4 minutes after dropping lines. I'm wondering why the others didn't try and strike....also the noise that comes of the gear is pretty loud. I should have another video up shortly
-
great glad to see its FINALLY working ha, i have a few others i'll try get up also, them seem to be in a clearer pocket of water and can see the bait and fish very well.
-
hero 3, i made a mount that bolts the the fin part of a normal cannonball. I have a mac, and ive havent had any issues until trying to upload them here, is the video working ?

so I mounted my go pro to my downrigger back and have fished with it a few times and will no luck, either that rod didn't fire or the camera angle was way off. Well yesterday we got it ! and its pretty cool to see it actually happen, the fish took 5 shots at it and missed a minute before it actually got the hook. I haven't edited it down yet so you cant just skip thru the dead footage and here are the times you will see something
4:20 a nice fish darts in from the right and misses it
13:55 a nice fish comes in on the left of the bait and takes a peak
14:25 here is the action, comes up and strikes at it atleast 5 times
15:25 Fish on!
fished out of olcott yesterday and this was in 250 fow 58ft down in 44degress

We fished from Dunkirk to Barcelona last Saturday , picked up about 30 lakers on the riggers 5-15ft of the bottom, 124fow was the ticket, frostbite uv spoon was on fire all day, we will be heading there this weekend again, we also boxed 10 walleye while in those depths

I fish many different bodies of water so I wanted the 83, most use a 50 on Ontario but either one will work fine. There should be a label on the cable where it connects to the back of the hds, that shows exactly which transducer model you need to select
Anything accessible?

dock holliday, Its open..talk to Wes from slippery sinker on satuday and there had already been a few guys getting browns. I actually going to head out around 4 if the temps keep climbing and i'll post a report if we bend some rods.
FYI - got to olcottfishing.com and click olcott weather for a live webcam/wind of the harbor all the way to the lake, i never head out without taking a quick glance, hope that helps
