  1. dock holliday, Its open..talk to Wes from slippery sinker on satuday and there had already been a few guys getting browns. I actually going to head out around 4 if the temps keep climbing and i'll post a report if we bend some rods.

FYI - got to olcottfishing.com and click olcott weather for a live webcam/wind of the harbor all the way to the lake, i never head out without taking a quick glance, hope that helps

  2. so I mounted my go pro to my downrigger back and have fished with it a few times and will no luck, either that rod didn't fire or the camera angle was way off. Well yesterday we got it ! and its pretty cool to see it actually happen, the fish took 5 shots at it and missed a minute before it actually got the hook. I haven't edited it down yet so you cant just skip thru the dead footage and here are the times you will see something

4:20 a nice fish darts in from the right and misses it

13:55 a nice fish comes in on the left of the bait and takes a peak

14:25 here is the action, comes up and strikes at it atleast 5 times

    15:25 Fish on!

fished out of olcott yesterday and this was in 250 fow 58ft down in 44degress

0:18 in and 8:10 is a really cool shot of a fish checking out the other SD

  3. We fished from Dunkirk to Barcelona last Saturday , picked up about 30 lakers on the riggers 5-15ft of the bottom, 124fow was the ticket, frostbite uv spoon was on fire all day, we will be heading there this weekend again, we also boxed 10 walleye while in those depths

Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  4. I fish many different bodies of water so I wanted the 83, most use a 50 on Ontario but either one will work fine. There should be a label on the cable where it connects to the back of the hds, that shows exactly which transducer model you need to select
