Looking to score some walleye from the SLR this fall.   Tried jet divers, big bottom bouncers With stick baits and worm rigs.    Saw some tremendous sonar screens but nothing worked! Tried trolling with current against current.  Weeds were ridiculous. Forty feet of water.     Any ideas or tips     Just east of Morristown.      Thanks guys

Sorry not a seller.   It’s 2004 four stroke.   No salt water I’m the second owner 1200$ for the set    Bf8 I thought it was a long shaft but not sure Hangs from the transom the same length as the big motor. I’m in the thousand islands for the summer but live in CNY.    

Not ready yet but repowering my alumacraft 175. I have a dear to me 8 hp Honda pull start with a ez steer rod assembly complete and installed pro troll electronic throttle control.    This has saved my ass but is now redundant it will troll great or push you home against 15mph wind and waves at 5 mph.   Repowering with a Yamaha 90 electronic controls.   Just judging interest will be at least a week till repower and will be puttering around on the Honda till then.   Email me if you have any interest. I purchased two GLT rods at the Niagara sport show this year. First one broke while being rigged with a lure. Called customer service 25$ with shipping. No thanks. Second one broke yesterday in the exact same place in much the same manner. Obvious defect! For rods designed for heavy use downriggers. These snapped like twigs just under the second eye. Okuma service rep said yep 25$ with no receipt. So these are the last okuma rods i will ever buy

Humminbird will always get my vote bought a used pontoon that came with a decent bird unit. Died two weeks later they fixed no charge one week turn around in summer. Awesome customer service.
