Limitman…..heard from my brother-in-law who lives in Dunkirk that NY Thruway isn't providing toll tickets as you enter state from PA.  When you exit they want to know your license plate number and will mail you the toll cost.  I didn't check Thruway web site.

I'll also be launching in Newfane/Olcott this weekend, coming from Ohio.

Assuming NY has 14 day quarantine restriction in place.  Lifted when?  If correct is anyone enforcing?  Planning trip to Olcott Memorial weekend and wondering what possible C-19 issues may face.  Out-of-state licenses can be purchased?  Assuming masks must be worn at ramp?  6ft spacing on private boat?
