you get what you pay for in center pin reels and rods !!!! i wouldn't even think about using a 108.00 outfit....good center pin reels are very expensive (285-890) bucks....and rods (285-600)....all depends on what your getting yourself into....been there done that ! once you learn how to use them and learn how to fish the stream they are super !!! when it comes to center pins and rods.....there is no such thing as a budget....you just buy it .....lol

From what i've seen the damage is already been heavenly done ,thanks to our wonderful water ways,and super tankers....i'm all for cleaning boats after use,providing the launch has a suitable wash down station...."with out costing the boater wash down fees".....why is it they  put the blame on the little guy,after the "big" guy has caused all the damaged !!! It should have never been brought to our water ways and great lakes,.....oh and buy the way.....any engine that has a water cooling pump outboard or inboard.....if not flushed,it will transfer water to the next lake with all the invisible creatures that do the most harm.....

Like new shimano 700 lc and 800 lc..., 700 lc has 350 ft power pro backing with 350 ft blood run copper......the 800 lc has 300 ft of 50 lb power pro with 450 ft blood run copper....used only once ! $400.00 for both. pick up only....

Any boat older than 15 yrs ,will eventually have stringer and transom damage,regardless of what the outside looks like….look up "stringers" on the internet….it is scary and could be very costly….it will also show you how to check these items

I would say it was a splake….there is such a fish that looks just like it

Orleans county has given up the west side boat launch,NYS has taken it back…starting Memorial Day…..it will cost $6.00 to launch your boat,I believe they are putting in a pay toll gate….also the same for Coneous Lake …..Just thought i'd pass on the info…..

I have fished on this boat many times,and this is one fish catching machine ! Plenty of fish fighting room….handles the lake like a dream….very easy to net fish !!!

Be happy w/the 6-8…some guys don't do that,it's where you fish and the lures you use,seems like your doing the right speed….remember its not how many you boat….it's who your fishing with and just enjoying a great day on the lake !!

Hmmmmm,a good used motor for 10.00 a hp…..i guess you would sell your 9.9 honda or merc for 10.00 a hp…thats acouple yrs old……lol….your a good salesman….

Did some trolling ,but just casting with a drift worked very well…..#5 #7 rap alas…perch color….hot steel….hot olive took the fish…no spoons. The ice wasn't bad but there was a lot of chunks drifting,not a place to open up the throttle…water temp all day was 34.5  fish didn't seem to mind the temp….the stained water was the secret…clear water didn't provide a bite.
