  1. That's a story that will be in your family for a lifetime! That's what its all about, I better fully spool my boys spiderman pole before I take em to erie, with 20 lb braid. Howd you make out with the eyes?

  2. Justin keep up the good work and posts. I don't ever plan on goin to mr allens  lake lol, (unless he is goin to invite me)  but the info you put forth gives lou members ideas and techniques to try else where. Like the sayin goes don't hate the player hate the game!

  3. awsome boat, i hav the same boat in black. absolutly love it, fish big water with it, trailor it with small suv an one person can load an unload. some one gona be happy with that!!!

  4. any one been out around buffalo area this week, wounderin if. the bite has turned back on at all for the walleye, tryin to see if its worth the trip . may try the late afternoon into the nite one more time. thanks

  5. yea i will have to agree. the boat acess to the lake is pretty sad. i launch at sandy until the pleasure boats hit the scene, then try to avoid. nice launch just could use a few more launch lanes. you go to lake erie and look at smal boat harbor and dunkirk and that what we need, but thats the trade off for a free launch, launch fees would add up at yr end. i guess its a double edge sword. sandy at least would benefit with a shuttle service eith a college girl drivin like sbh!!

  6. Went out last Wednesday landed 5 and lost quite a few. Yea there are walleyes there. put in at 6 am and pulled boat a 6 pm, didn't find fish till around 2 tho, when we marked some we caught some, didn't mark a lot tho and no bait. Was a tuff bite for sure. Had a lot better luck with the nite bite in may, seemed to be a ton of fish then.

  7. Fished outa small boat harbor, beautiful day but had a tuff time getting them in the boat. Tried the wind mill, smokes, Seneca and Meyers. Didn't mark much, all in tight little packs. Landed 5, one arnd 8 lbs, and lost to many. The stand out was a 3 color lead,( had trouble kepin them on this) did 2 on rigger, one on a wire diver. All on worm harness. Cotton wood was terrible, made a tuff bite even tuffer.

  8. Went out sat nite and fishing was great. We stayed clear of the boat traffic. . We pulled rods at 2 and the last one in the water and boom, make it one more!  We trolled a 1.5 to 1.7 gps speed.

  9. No not to far for me. A ethical sportsman would wait til it opens. There are regs for a reason.  Yea especialy when they stick a steel fish holder thru their gills just for a pic. and then gently release it? We live in a look at me society and that's just to bad.

  10. Was woundering if the nite bite outa sbh has started? Typicaly fish any where from the harbor dwn to sturgeon pt. I usualy don't go this early and not sure of temps out on the lake.  Got a hr dive and Saturday nite looking good for weather so far. Not sure if water temp is what gets them to start feeding more agressivly? Thanks

  11. Yea every year different there that's what makes it such a tuff place to fish and rewarding when you acutaly find them yourself. Every day a little difent as well and sometimes it changes by the hr.

  12. Is the nite bite outa buffalo harbor behind this yr.?  Fished the nite bite last year for the first time but didn't go till end of may and did decent. Just curious as to when they turn on some, Waiting to go and got a hr  drive so was gna wait a week or two.
