  1. What about posting info about pen rearing at public launches such as sandy. I have fished there for years and wouldn't begin to know where to start to find out how to help out. Yea I did just find the post about helpin out but not everyone is into the whole internet thing. Just an idea. An I am in for this sprig in lending a hand where ever needed.

  2. A little hard to save up 3500 cash wen ur a younge buck trying to make it on your own. If you gota get a loan for a boat do it. You only live once, I took a loan 4 a boat for 15000 when I was 21. Glad I did because I have used that same money when I sold it and upgraded my boat which would have been imposible to do now with kids.

  3. I was woundering the same thing. haven't got to erie in a month. Hows the bite been and how deep have people been getin their fish. I haven't got riggers on new boat yet, but got wire divers , leadcore and jet divers. Just woundering if it be worth the 2.5 hr ride to Dunkirk. I seen the 70 ft down report by mostly muskies dam that's deep, only my dipseys will get me their unless I snap weight my leads. Thanks joe

  4. my barn was built in 1985 and they don't leak a drop can work in ther all day with running no power. Light up the whole place, but I guess if you got the money to burn do it I will buy more fishing tackle.

  5. I would recommend clear panels in the roof, I have 4 clear panels in my pole barn that is 35 by 65 and u don't need to turn on light until dark out side. Do u walleye fish outa Henderson. We have a cottage on point peninsula and ben fishin that water my whole life.

  6. Sounds like fun. Wish i could make it down, jst packing up for a weekend long batchlor party at our huntin camp. Have fun and good job putting this tourney together united we are! Will be checking the results wen i get back. Looks like a awsome lake to fish with the rooling hills in the back ground as i have seen in the background of the pics posted on lou, at that point the fish are just a bonus, wit a miniute that is always the case. Good luck to all and hope yas slamem!

  7. Awsome job!  I am sure your nephews enjoyed the trip, my uncle use to take me and that is what has got me hooked. Had some good times on erie and chamount bay with him. He passed last spring but what he taught me will last forever.

  8. matt, sad to see ur post lol, I have had many good days on the water with the jakeybaby, it has treated u very well. Over the  years fishing on it, it never skipped a beat and was a awesome plat form to fish out of and very well maintained. On a lighter note cant wait to start dragging fish over the transom of the new boat.
