Thanks! We were hoping to troll down to the mouth of the Genesee but the wind scared us off.

Fished from around 9:30 until 1:30 in 15-30 FOW slightly east and a bit west of the mouth of the bay. The wind was pretty stiff out of the south, which was manageable, but eventually switched to coming out of the west and it chased us in.
Had two fish on and got one in the boat. Landed a brown of roughly 8 lbs (released) and lost a smaller one near the boat. The larger one was caught on a rainbow pattern Kwikfish (9X), the smaller on a mixed veggie Michigan Stinger.
Hopefully not the last trip of the season.
