Parking lot was empty and we Had the entire lake to ourselves today. Only passed 1 other charter boat working same water. Worked mainly 15-25 fow this morning and ended up with 12 fish by 11. Bay rats and smithwicks on the boards with Black and silver being best color today. Also took a few nice fish on the rigger set 15-18ft with a Mcomies Custom spoon in Kokanee Glow which has taken 8 of our fish last 2 trips. Spoon took the Biggest Brown today at 12lbs.

First trip of the year for us. Headed west and got rods set up. First fish of the day and year for us was a 10-12lb King on a Goby Bay Rat. Ended up with 10 Browns and a small Atlantic also. Majority of the fish came on Goby Bay Rats and a couple on Stinger Goby pattern spoons on divers and riggers. landed 1 triple today also.

Most farmers I ask say it keeps Um out of there tractor tires when I pick them up. 1 farm I walk in Geneseo guy said he had 3 tires punctured a couple years ago in a month from deer antlers

A lot of miles and access to multiple large farms that have had deer yarded up all winter is the key. I’ve walked over 50 Miles over the last few weeks alone

really? my soil test said I needed two tons per acre... Is pellet not the same ratio as powdered agg lime?
Ya use way less pellet lime than AG lime. Just stick with the pellet Lime

Put down 300 - 400 lbs of pelletized lime per acre and you will be fine

Nice Cultipacker and good price. I’m restoring 2 5ft Brillions at the moment. They don’t make implements like they use to.

Water was clearer than I like today so I was running 40-50ft back. I only run 1 rigger also when in shallow for a more stealthy set up
