  10. Late 70's mirror craft. 2016 Yamaha 15 4 stroke manual start manual tilt/trim. Comes with a trailer in pretty shape but the trailers old. Just welded on a new 2" coupler on it. I pimped it out this winter with all aluminum framing and diamond plate for the back seat. The front is plywood over aluminum framing but it didn't hold up and should be redone in marine plywood or diamond plate. Doesn't leak at all surprisingly. Everything you see in the pics is new, the boat used to have 3 mahogany bench seats. Has 2 new deep cycle batteries with on board charger and 70lb minn Kota front mounted trolling motor. Has an anchor winch and an older lowrance gps. Motor was serviced in march. Not sure on hours but definitely less than 50. Run it literally all day on 5 gallons. Reason for selling is I'm relocating to the shore. Probably won't use this little boat down there. Boat and trailer have clear PA titles and registration ready for transfer. I can get more photos when I'm up again in 2 weeks. Located in Sackets Asking $3500 obo Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. No it's a tiller handle but has the ez steer rod and a troll master throttle control. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  12. Yeah it's all good, camp isn't working out like I hoped. Gonna relocate to Delaware, half as far of a trip and better for the family is what it's coming down to. Hope I'm not making a giant mistake..... Figured I could sell the Grady rigged easier than piecing it all out. Probably end up with a pilot house of some type for the ocean I dunno. If not I'll just run the Grady down there. I love this boat, every time I'm on it I like it more, just hate to tear it all apart selling the gear off piecemeal. Hey Matt, you outta buy the boat, the camp, the wife and all my gear. Give you a good price! (If the boat doesn't sell I won't be too sad lol) Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  13. For sale: Fresh water only Grady white 208. 2009 Yamaha 200 4 stroke ~135 hrs. Hard top with front and side curtains in pretty good shape. Brand new 25" Yamaha 9.9 kicker 4 stroke elec start/trim on a garlick bracket with troll master and ez steer. Lowrance HDS 7 and an HDS 5. VHF radio remote spotlight and Bluetooth stereo. Has a full cushion package and porta potti. 2 long traxtech tracks on either side plus 2 6" Cisco tracks on the rear for the riggers. Two Great Lakes planers triple trees. Traxtech APR3000 planer reels. 2 manual cannon uni troll riggers on traxtech swivel bases with 12# shark weights. There's three traxtech 5 position dipsie holders (can't seem to find the 4th for some reason). Brand new 6 rod rocket launcher installed 2 weeks ago plus 5 rod rocket launcher tubes welded to the hard top. Kicker was purchased and rigged in April. I'd guess it has less than 20 hours. Yamaha 200 was serviced in march. Everything else was bought and rigged last July. The boat was totally bare when I bought it. Will include the 4 gunnel rod holders as well. These were removed when I put on the tracks. Boats very clean, has one very small knick on the one side which was repaired by the previous owner I assume. 2 batteries in good shape with selector switch. Sits on a dual axle aluminum bunk trailer in good shape. Hubs and brakes were checked when I brought it home, bearings repacked as well. Trailer has PA tags and title. Boat has clean transferable Delaware registration. Boat has a nice size cockpit for a 21 footer. Fishes 3-4 easily. I've had 6 on it twice, that was a tad tight but it worked. Cuddy cabin is clean with full cushions in good shape. No tears or stains. The boats a bit dirty right now. It's on the trailer at camp due to the high water and it gets dirty under the trees. No damage just dirty. Does well on gas. Hold 86? Gals. Cruises at 28-3ph at 4000 rpm. Yamaha digital gushes say 9.x gph at cruise. Also has trim tabs. Asking $46,500. I'll get more pics when I'm at camp next week.

  18. Good question. I wanna say 75'x150 ish off the top of my head. Roughly a quarter acre. I can confirm the legal size from the deed when I get back home. I have a plot plan drawing of the lot as well as a current title abstract. I'm up here this weekend if anyone would wanna come look at it. Also, taxes are roughly $2200/yr. municipal water is coming to the neighborhood in 2018. It has a septic in good shape. Just had it pumped last month. Cell # is 484-332-1124 if you wanna call/text Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  20. I might regret this but we're thinking about going in a different direction. I have a nice camp for sale just outside of Sackets. Bought it 3 years ago, spent a lot of time getting it shaped up but it's getting to be too hard for us to get up here, we live too far away is what it comes down to. The cottage is roughly 800 sf (guesstimate). 2 bedrooms 1 full bath. Kitchen, living room, "Florida room" stone patio. Electric hot water, propane range/oven. Has a small propane stove in the living room and I installed a pellet stove in the Florida room. The main bedroom has a closet and room for a double bed, possibly a queen. The other bedroom has bunk beds. There's also a window seat bed in the Florida room. 2 sheds in the back yard. Ones about 6x10 the other is for fishing gear and is 8x12. Plenty of parking for boats/trailers. 80' aluminum dock and a 3000lb boat lift will be included. (The lift can be upgraded to 3600 lbs if you want but it hold my 21' Grady white walk around no problems). It's directly on the water in muskellunge bay. Just had the shoreline graded and fixed for easy water access. Last year I had the boat in through the end of August. Have a solid 3-4' of water out through the marsh until the fall. I'm asking $138,000 on LOU. That's what I have into it. I'll be listing it higher with a realtor but can sell it privately for the price above. I'll put up photos later today. 23. Do not buy this boat. He doesn't actually wanna sell it. He's confused and trying to "find himself". Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  24. Haven't seen it in a few weeks but I'm sure it's flooded like all the other ones. Better to launch in Stoney if you wanna target bigger fish. If you wanna cast for bass and pike Dexter would be the better option. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  25. fish were being caught off of stoney point last week. Few and far between but some guys did pretty well.
