    I was working on the boat Friday and an elite series fisherman worked the docks where we keep our boat. He had a dedicated cameraman on his boat, and another boat that just followed him gathering drone footage. Pretty cool way to pay the mortgage.

    Hey kevin... know this was posted a few weeks ago. However, i had a similar experience 2-3 years ago. Caught a 23” eye with huge jaw marks in it. Looked like a muskie T-boned the eye. When it tried to turn the fish to eat guessing it got away. It was awesome perspective to see just how large the mouth of a muskie is. It’s good to be the apex predator i guess.

    308 or 7mm- 08. I shoot 7-08 for whitetails. Love the extremely low recoil. And it shoots pretty flat out to 300 yards. You don’t need a cannon to harvest a deer. Accuracy is king. Get a decent rifle and good optics. I like nikkon. Good luck!
