  1. Hi Guys, sorry for the housekeeping post, but I own 4 Cannon STX-TS riggers. I love them but find it nearly impossible to keep the bodies clean and white. Has anyone experimented or found a good cleaner that will remove greasy fingerprints, stains, ect? I have tried many products and even resorted to using a magic eraser on one (don't do that It etches the finish and makes them stain even worse).

If anyone has any good solutions I'd really appreciate feedback.

Thanks!! It sucks having OCD when it comes to a clean boat.... :-\

  2. Had the STX-TS riggers, the vinyl plate on the top of the rigger, each one the adhesive failed allowing rain to get in the bodies, both were fixed with no questions and no charge by Cannon. (they had to replace all wiring and motors). I went from running two, I now run 4 cannons

I love my cannons, but would highly recommend investing in covers for them if left on the boat.

  3. Thanks, Pap! I got my smaller boards from Franks, was very happy with them and you couldn't beat their price! Figured I'd start here see if anyone was downsizing their gear or had a set collecting dust before going brand new.

YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD WITH GO NEW AND KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE! Bought a pair of used cannon riggers for a "Steal" until I had to replace every moving part in the rigger to get them to work. HAHA

  4. You are not kidding! I'd gladly trade those 60&70 degree days we had in february back in. Stripers will be in the Hudson and boat will still be in a snow pile. After this cold snap we should be back on track though :) hopefully. Until then, Ill keep changing hooks and priming my liver for fishing season. Here's to nicer days ahead:beer:
