I fell like they are getting worse every year. Didn’t even know what a tick looked like when I started hunting, now I see them everywhere, some areas worse than others

I followed up with owner of the neighboring property to see if they lost one, but it wasn’t them. Leads me to believe it’s one of the houses that borders the other side that don’t have permission

Idn, Interesting you found a 7 pointer. I walked into my stand yesterday to find a big 9 pointer dead 15 yards from my stand. Appears to have been there for a few days, yotes got At it. thinking a neighbor snuck in and didn’t do a good tracking job. Judging by the shot, deer couldn’t have ran more than a few hundred yards. Perfect quartering away, exit by opposite shoulder. Sucks because I had this guy frequent on my camera

Hunted tonight, was in the stand at 2. Rattled in a small 6, then rattled in a big 8 30 min later, but hung up 50 yards out. Great day in the woods.

Didn’t see any bucks yesterday afternoon, but had a big doe come in 10 yards. Couldn’t let the opportunity pass. She ran 30 yards stopped and looked back, a few more steps then dropped
