    Sad the amount of meat that gets wasted, here is my crock pot blade roast dinner last Saturday.. meat falls right off the bone, outstanding meal! Next meal will be a neck roast! Got 75 lbs of meat off my deer. IMG_1025.JPGIMG_1026.JPGIMG_1030.JPG

    I couldn’t resist leaving work early tonight with the snow, naturally got out there later than I wanted, but got settled a bit after 3. Around 330 this guy came cruising by. Great night! Couldn’t be happier! IMG_0952.JPGIMG_0932.JPGIMG_0933.JPG

    Same, didn’t mean to take any shots. If anything, I’m jealous, I didn’t get the park this year and wish I was on the trip with you. I’ve done those trips, best trips ever. Perhaps my comments should been more general or it’s own thread. ADK is one of the best places around.

    No offense taken to the numbers, as I’ll fish a tournament from time to time. I just think it’s important for us to teach our kids that success can come from a good experience as well as catching a lot of fish. Trust me, I love bending a rod, doesn’t matter what species.

    Hope we all get out more as summer winds down!

    How is honeoye lake for walleyes? I know they stock it, just curious if it’s fished a lot and how it produces. I’ll be down there Saturday for the opener
