Out of Oswego for a brown trout trip I would suggest the following three outfits:
Primetime SportFishing -  Capt. Pete Lahosky 1-610-442-4572
Kingfisher Charters - Capt. Jon Wilbur 1-860-671-1462
Thunderstruck Sportfishing - Capt. Mark Bukowski 1-413-627-9081
 
All three of these guys run top notch professional charters with large meticulously maintained boats, are hands down some of the best brown trout fisherman on the lake, if not THE best, and use top notch equipment.  If I had to choose who to fish with for brown trout it would no doubt be one of these guys.

The fish are definitely there off oswego. Some days they want to play other days it's a grind to get a couple. But definitely been a better year this year than last

Hu guys. I plan on leaving my boat in the water through the end of September. I fish out of Oswego and was wondering what the fishing is like at this time of the season? Are there browns around to be caught? Also what about steelbows and 2 year old salmon?

So from I gather the fly color seems to be a little more important than the flasher? Pro Am and Hammer fly seem to be the top producers.

Hi guys. I looking for some tips on fishing flashers and flies. I can never seem to get them to fire for me. I fish out of oswego.

Do you match the fly to the flasher color?

If running them off a downrigger how far behind the ball?

Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.
