The Fishing Guide can be picked up where fishing licenses are sold, or viewed at Freshwater Fishing Regulations Region 7: The Fourth of July is a very big boating weekend, so expect more traffic on the water and at launch sites. Little things that can help at launch sites are to practice backing your boat trailer up at home or in an empty parking lot before heading to the crowded launch site. The other is to make sure your boat will start if you haven't had it out yet by seeing if it starts in your driveway. You can do this by using a set of muffs that provide water for your water pump intake. A little patience can also go a long way to making everyone's day a little better under crowded conditions. Use caution if venturing out as there is debris floating around on most waters and be mindful of your boat wake as to not cause property damage.
