Went out for a couple of hours after work today.  My son and I went 4 for 5.  10 - 18 FOW.  Water temp was 36-37 degrees.  Caught all 4 on silver and green stinger on rigger.  The 1 lost was on silver stickbait on flatline.  Great to be out.

I was there a week ago and there weren't any docks in.  The mouth of the creek is very shallow - 2 to maybe 3 ft.

I renewed my card already, but then starting thinking why did I waste the $80?  If I'm using the same card as last year, how does the person at the launch know if it's good or not?  Normally the launch just records your card number and license plate down in a notebook - you're telling me someone from the state collects all the launch notebooks and sees if the cards are legit?  Sounds cheaper and easier for the state to have a new pass each year.

Let me know how the bite is after you get set up (not including stick fish).  I'm going to try to get out after work.

Nymph, I was in the Mako CC that saw you catch stick fish.  We got 1 and lost 1 in front of Hopkins.  Nothing in front of Keg or the harbor, but had alot of marks in front of the harbor.  How late did you stay out - do you ever catch them at night?
