Hi Joe,. We have talked a few times in the past and I am not trying to mind your business but if you can't find the reels you are looking for you don't have to be afraid to buy those altums. I have had those since they came out five years ago and they are really nice. I don't do salmon often but I'm convinced that they would work well. Just wanted to let you know if they were your last option. The price is good too. I contacted seller the other night hoping they were the right hand ones pictured. Tight lines and have a great season

  3. Floyd- thanks for the response, I get ya about being on the fence.. I always have to switch out my mono reels for the lead cores when needed.. just one more thing to do and rember. Luv2– If I had an option I would prefer to go with something similar to the Diawa 47 since the larger handle provides more leverage in the handle for the kids and reeling, but beggars can’t be choosers [emoji1787]

If you should decide to go with these just let me know. You should still have my number. Tight lines. Especially to the little guys

  4. Rods

    Line counters
Hi Joe. I just upgraded most of my reels and have about 10 cabela's reels in assorted sizes because they are all loaded up with lead core. All reels in great condition. I'd have to think about the price though because I was on the fence whether to keep them or not

I also have some assorted rods

  5. Line counters

I am looking to see if anyone has any old outfits they have been looking to get rid of. I currently only have 4 line counters and my other set ups are the older 47 Diawas. With the kids setting rods it’s complicated for them to count the passes to get the baits where they need to be. The line counters are much simpler for them. Not particular on any brand as I have a conglomerate of miss matched everything already. Thanks in advance.

  6. Cover

I bought it in hast in October because my boat cover ripped and I wanted a cover for dust while it was in winter storage and then to use while the boat is at my house during the season.
The cover is as brand new as it gets and was only on my boat while it was in a garage during the winter.  I have a 19' Arima HT and bought one size up so it would cover the outboards. Well the cover is way to big for my boat and can't return it now (my bad).  It is a heavy duty 1200 denier fabric, not the cheaper 300 & 600 denier ones. I paid $380.60 in October from Amazon.
Asking $220.00.  Pick up in the Binghamton, NY area only.
This is the cover in Grey

My buddies would tell me it's time to buy a bigger boat

  7. Transducer

My suggestion is you call Dealers in obscure places that may have a distributor who has them in stock.  Get creative in the places you look up and call.  Venture out away from large bodies of fresh water.
Did you try hodges marine in Florida. I buy a lot from them. Great service and fast shipping and always competitive price
