I will be trailing my boat up in 2 weeks and staying at Sandy Pond.  Will there be a place I will be able to launch?

I was just wondering if everyone has a MMSI #? If so, do you need to put the vessel name on your boat?  I just purchased a radio capable of having this and was not exactly sure if it was something I needed when fishing lake O.
