but we have lake,river,bass,bait(worms,cut bait,whole bait,no minnows at moment),lodging(if you stay with us all fish cleaned free only pay for smoking fish),fish cleaning is open,smoking fish,Rv,and camping,firewood ,propane ,swimming floats and if we don’t got it I’ll order it for you....down to boat parts(order only none in store)

I figure it is worth a shot I have property that I'm looking to sell 8 acres located in scriba ,power,septic, city water and a 28x54 pad put in last year perfect for double wide very secluded also portion is fenced off and two story shed ... 312 klocks corners where the trailer sit in this pic is where the new pad is... old trailer is still there will be moved out of there before sold 70,000 but there is a little wiggle room with price if truly interested selling because we now live where we work
