Hey guys I have a set of mag 10’sThey have autostop and adjustable booms. Curious on what weight they are rated up to. I have 10 lb and have thought of going up to 12‘s. I can’t find any info on them

I have mag 10s with auto stops not sure on the year but they have extendable booms I run 10 pound balls and always free clutch down if u fish a lot like I do I wouldn’t go much more mine are tired great riggers but mine get a **** ton of use when I upgrade I’m going with stx’s

  2. Your shifting cable may need to be adjusted sometime one turn on your barrel nut is all it will take to adjust and adjust it in the water because it makes world of difference in adjustment with water pressure against the prop if u try doing it out of the water and seems to shift fine the next time u launch my not go in forwards or reverse adjustments on some are very finicky . It may also be your boats idle speed is too high and when u are resetting the throttle or shutting motor off and restarting it your idle is coming down after it warms up good luck

Absolutely.  2-4’s on the trophy and i was gettin beat up.  Fished 3-4’s with a 5-6 here and there when that storm came two tuesdays ago and it wasnt all that bad. So much nicer fishing on the baha in the rough stuff.  But I pay for it with fuel.  Lol

Ya I hear ya my cousin fishes out there almost every weekend with me and he has a baha with twin 305s and on average burns 3 times the gas as me lol

  4. I screwed with the fish in front of the dunes for about 8 hours or so threw everything I had at them and ended up with a king about 18 inches I released the other little guy I kept because treble tore his gills out. So then I went searching I don’t own a probe so temp is unknown I went out in front of the salmon outside all the heavy marks into scattered marks took first shot in 175 with not a mark on the screen then next at 200 nothing after so I stayed between those 2 numbers with many boats fishing inside of me on those big marks and I didn’t see many nets fly so long story short took all shots on ff and meat spread ran from 110-85 and all hits came with none or very few marks on the screen but fish out there where definitely active compared to 130-150 so I stuck to that program and put a few in the boat but it was tuff fishing and the weather didn’t really corporate but that’s fishing good luck fellas hope this helps for this weeks bite

You won't be on your own... I've passed on the last two weekends because of poor fishing reports. I'm coming up this weekend no matter what (exception being weather of course). There were some pretty big bags weighed in the invitational out of Oswego last weekend, so there has to be some fishing around willing to bite. Just have to find them!

Ya I hear ya last weekend I ended up with a couple matures but I stayed in close on scattered marks inside 200 everything I heard about going out real deep they getting hits but a lot of juveniles so I took my chances staying shallower but was really tuff bite
