  1. nice catch but sorry those lakers look small.

I fished Seneca alot in the early 2000s caught  big healthy browns and lakers along the north end drop off trolling .

Today I paddled around Severne for a few hours , huge gloppy clouds of some green muck s. h. t. what the hell is it ?

I did not see any sunnies i was shocked wtf.

Tons of bait clouds everywhere in 60 to 90fow you guys know the lake is on a downward spin sure a few trout around as always.

What happened to all the posts for Seneca ? Anyone catching LLs or rainbows ?

  2. For Hemlock cranks were mentioned

Any perch or natural deep diving crank trolled along in down 20 - 30 will take large and smallmouth but its on early i mean early later after 10 or so it slows way down so later am hit it deep and slow it down with minnows if you can get em

good luck this lake is a treasure💯

  3. Trick i use alot hunting state land i have a pickup truck and covered bed

Put a couple trail cams facing out the windows the back window especially . Mount them visible and make sure they are cellular models   .  I use 3 spypoints when scumbags see them they f,ing bolt away. nobody stealing gear or distroying property wants their picture taken.

Also hang a couple around any hunting property  or private property you might have along the driveway or dirtroad .

Dont hide them believe me this works but make sure they are cellular models so the pics come to your phone incase they steal the cameras.

  4. Did anyone see new regulations being introduced allowing hunters over age 55 to use a crossbow during the entire archery season? Also some changes to weight and size allowed while hunting
Any news on NY allowing more crossbow use in general during archery sesson?

  5. Mid to late March I hear them start to tree gobble early especially on very quiet mornings usually younger birds all fired up on the first spring to mate. If you can find a good spot to park where i hunt in Allegany County by 5am and just listen always find something after a few trips.  The true sound of spring along with those robins!! 💯👍
