1989 22ft Grumman for Sale and 1994 Shore Lander trailer. Trailer has bearing buddies and all the lights work. Boats transom is going bad and the boat leaks. Why im selling it as a parts boat. I am hoping to get into a newer bigger boat down the road. The Bimini top is 1 year old and the bottom was painted 2 years ago. Engine is a 4.3 MercCruiser with low hours. Then entire ignition has been replaced just this year. Tuned up not long ago. Lower Unit is practically brand new. Was gone through by Lake Breeze Marina 2 years ago. We did the Gimbel bearing 2 months ago and the coupler was done by Lake Breeze Marina 3 years ago or 4. I am keeping all my tackle and will hate to see her go but she is at the point where i have no time to work on it, 3 kids and 2 jobs. Like i said the transom is rotting and theres a bad spot on the floor. And the boat leaks. So if anyone is looking for a motor a lower unit and a nice trailer give a holler. I've got a well used but great running long shaft 18hp Johnson. For its age it runs very well, cold on choke it usually fires up third or fourth pull, after it's warmed up 1st or second pull. Good compression and plenty of power. I installed a new water pump impeller a few months ago and within the last couple years new plugs, wires and fuel lines. About a month ago I drained lower end and found a little water mixed in with gear lube. Either needs new lower end seals or possibly it's just the washers on the drain bolts. New seal kit online goes for about $50 I don't have the time to install seals and recently found a newer motor. I have this on Craigslist as well but haven't had much interest. Id really like to see this go to someone who would use it. Motor comes with 2 metal gas tanks in decent shape and spare prop as well. Looking for around $250, but open to offers and trades...

This has been an awesome rig and an absolute joy to fish out of especially since repowering and adding all new electronics within the last year. Highlights include a Garmin 8212 touchscreen unit with 1000kw Chirp transducer, chirp down scan, chirp side scan, Reactor autopilot integrated with unit and upgraded mapping card with Autoguidance capability. Brand new Fusion radio with blue tooth, Coastal night lights blue/white underwater transom lights, Fishhawk X4 and Lenco electric trim tabs. All rod holders and downriggers are included, one of the Cannon 10STX was just replaced brand new by Cannon on warranty in July 2018. The motor was rigged in February 2018 and included digital throttle control at the press of a button on the gauges for speed control at trolling speeds. Fuel burn numbers are .4-.6gph at trolling speeds, 3.4-3.6mpg at 32mph cruise, and 2.4-2.6mpg at 42mph top end (I've seen 45mph with a light load and a small tail wind on calm water). This thing fishes big and trailers easily with a half ton truck. I have some on the water videos of the motor, trolling mode, and boat layout (while fighting fish) from early August and will share with anyone seriously interested so you can see the rig in action.
