Plenty of cookie cutters on the shallow windy flats. Scattered in 2s  and 3s, ended up sharp shooting them on side imaging and panoptix.they were willing to hit a jig , but would not touch a leech on slip bobber. Any thoughts?

The way you were presenting the leech on a slip bobber might not have been enticing enough to attract their attention. Experimenting with different techniques, such as adjusting the depth, using different speeds or movements, or trying different bait rigging methods, could potentially yield better results.
