It's time to start getting a head count, the crew plaques are ordered and we have some of the door prizes lined up courtesy of R&R Tackle. I will be sending a letter to Bass Pro to see if they will help out like they did last year. As for the BBQ if you guys and gals want to chip in a few bucks we'll see what we can come up with, I have some help to take care of this, RIGHT Mower,Chowder and Bluemahi.

So if you would please add your names to this post we'll start the sign-ups,

Hello Splitshot: I have a site for that weekend at Meyers, do you want my wife to make some deserts or something? I am really not much of a drinker anymore, but my fishing buddy will throw some down. Can I bring anything else? The fishing seems to be slow on the lake this year, is this true?

Its always slow this time of year. The lake is still very cold. The bluegills aren't even in yet! Uniform temp thruout except for the south end. Once the thermocline sets up it will be game on!

Hello Splitshot: Thanx. for the info. I was up over the Holiday and trolled a little and only got 1 decent LL and one decent Brownie. Someone ought to put some WD 40 on RR to loosen up his rain on the trophy. I will be up in a few weeks and let you know how I did?

If you want to have so fun, the perch and small mouths are in . The perch are good sized this year and it's pretty easy to catch 50 or more.
