Went out for first time with no luck. Water was rough making it a hard trip. Marked lots of large bait balls but no success. Anyone else having any luck out of Grimsby/50 Point recently? Tom

  • 3 weeks later...

Some of the fish caught outside Grimsby, 80-110' water, 45-60' down, riggers with spoons, laker at 105'. Lost giant king two weeks ago at the boat by the Grimsby arms, still looking for more Kings......are they deeper???? Fishing tommorow a.m......should I go deeper?

Caught 3 more lakers and one salmon outside Forans in 65-85 feet water Thursday a.m. three hors fishing, no Kings yet. Salmon 6 lbs, 6, 11, and 12 lbs on the lakers. All on Michigan stingers at 2.6 mph gps speed. Going out Monday am and pm, need to catch a King to ease the "hunger" lol. ;)
