SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Fished from 6:00 till 11:00. No bait, just a few marks on the screen. All the non laker marks were in the 30 - 50 ft range. Ended up going 5 for 5. at the end we resorted to fishing for slimers on the bottom. Forgot the rule that you were allowed one slot lake and ended up throwing back a 12.5 lb'er, 28 inches long. Oh well. Hopefully the Kings come back soon!

Nice pictures! Thanks for sharing.

The Lakers are definitely there! I should try fishing with cowbells for these bottom dwellers despite the negative reputation surrounding the lakers.

How far are the lures from the ball?

Nice job you guys. We were able to put a few steelies in the boat yesterday after I talked to you guys. I think we ended up with 4 steelies and a small brown, and lost another three fish. Really good picture 60-100 FOW where we were catching those fish. Really blank screen out deep. I did hear of a couple nice kings caught the day before, in fact one is sitting on the board right now. Hopefully next weekend that off shore picture will improve.

We ended the day 3 for 7. 1 Rainbow, 1 small King and 1, 18# king. we dropped a couple of other Bows after some aerobatics behind the boat. All fish were caught on Monkey puke NK 28s on sliders, with the ball down 65-70 feet. we spent most of the morning working in the 125-150 range.
