fished 6:00-noon. Had a friend of my cousin from Ohio on board with us today. He and his father and son had been up in their boat since tuesday and were really struggling, (1 fish, 2 fish per day), so Wayne came out with us to try and see what they were doing wrong and the other two decided to try it again in their boat.

Overall pretty slow out of Olcott today. We went 6/9 and it sounded back in port that we did significantly better than most. 5 kings and a small laker landed.

Other than 1 hit and run on an NBK stingray 100 back on a 2 on a wire diver, everything else came deep. We had 48 deg down 80. 1 clipped shaker (1yo) on a gator ss on a 65' rigger, other than that it was all flashers and flys,

NBK SD with Atommik Mirage fly on the 400' copper went twice, chrome silver prism protroll with no see um action fly back 240 on a 2 on a wire diver went once. chrome/green SD with mirage atommik and mountain dew SD with green crinkle howie on the riggers each went twice at 80 and 90 feet. Nothing huge today but we had a couple nice teenagers and one mature king around 16-17 lbs.

Action all came in 120-160 fow between the red barn and Wilson.

The other boat shadowed us all day, but struggled again, only had 1 steelhead as their only bite, but hopefully Wayne got an idea what to do differently in future trips.
