Sharks!

I was in FL all of last week, and had a chance to go fishing out of Port Orange (just South of Daytona) with Capt Shane Ryan: http://backwaterflatsfishing.com/

I walked off and forgot my camera, so Capt. Shane snapped a few pics with my cell phone. Sorry about the lousy picture quality. I caught two Black Tip Sharks that were each over 200 lbs:

Let me tell you, my arms are STILL sore from those monsters. I've never fought a fish that was that strong before.

We also played with several Spinner Sharks a huge Tarpon that I lost after it took probably 800' of line, and then we went in and finished up the trip with a load of Jack Crevalle:

If any of you are ever in the Daytona/Orlando area, I'd highly recommend a trip with Capt. Shane. I'm already making plans to go back again soon!

Nice Bill! I have yet to catch a shark that size, must be fun! Those Jacks are fun on light tackle. Looks like a nice trip, thanks for sharing
