Fished all morning at the south end. First on the west shore. We got a bunch of small gills and perch, no keepers. Had one flag that dropped the hook. We then picked up and went on the east shore the first point north of the launch and got a whole lot of nothing. Great ice. About 6 or 7 inches of hard black ice.

I was out on the same spot the day before. Took my 8 and 11 year old out for the first time (along with the wife who boasts about always out-fishing me). cought nothing but did have one hit on a bass minnow on a tip-up. Hope to get out there again soon.
