soring walleye coming up

i fish black river bay in the spring, for walleye...anyone do the spring thing

We used to go to Fish creek off of Oneida lake for the opener. Fishing really slowed down for us there over the years. We used to stay at tokasoke camp grounds or something like that. Man there were some beers flowing at night around the camp fire in those days. Great time.

I started fishing black river bay in the spring a few years ago when I lived up there. Since moving to the Syracuse area I havent had a chance to get back up there. Man I have seen some beauties caught up there though. Always had the best luck with planer boards and worm harnesses up there in the shallows.

any one no where to stay up there with a boat,,, close to black river .... we now stay at guffin bay ...but sometimes hard to get around to black river
