Brand new in box. The box is just really old and dusty . It's been in our shop for a while and we'd really like to sell it.

This base has a 360 degree rotation with 8 stops - indexing every 45 degrees. It has a low profile, only 1 3/4" high. It has marine paint on anodized aluminum and it fits all models of Walker Downriggers except the Mini-Laker.
