Sodus Point Launches

We are thinking about trailering over to sodus point to fish for browns on Thu - can someone give me some info about the various Launch Ramp options/conditions?

The state launch is on rt 14. just after you pass Arneys marina. You can also launch at the bait shop in the point. There is a fee, though unsure due to new owners. It is very close to the lake. There is also the coast gaurd launch, but Im not sure how late into spring you can use that launch. That is also right at the lake. Good luck!

FISHED OUT OF THERE SUNDAY. THE PAY LAUNCH BY THE BAIT SHOP IS $5.00. COAST GUARD LAUNCH IN VERY SHALLOW, SAND BAR HAS MIGRATED THAT WAY SO BECASREFUL. BEST BET IS PAYING THE $5.00 AND LAUNCHING. GOOD LUCK. HERES A TIP.. HEAD WEST ... GOOD LUCK

Coast Guard launch is not bad. it is shallow as cigs said. Just keep your motor trimmed up until you get past the end of the Coast Guard's dock.
