SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Got just three again today. Same results as Tuesday- One Atlantic and two Kings. Caught the Atlantic after about 20 mins on the water in about 140ft. About an hour later I caught the first King in 220fow and decided to keep him. I cooked him on the grill using a cedar plank, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon and salt/pepper. I was expecting a stronger flavor, not sure why?? Maybe because of how it sometimes smells on the lake. :) But it was the mildest salmon I had ever had, very good.

I was just about to give into the heat when I trolled over the same spot I got the first King. My deep rigger at 75ft goes off and when I grab the rod this fish takes off. Rips off over 400ft, but then came right back at me. So far he is my biggest King ( out of all 4 of them. :lol: )

Got every fish on a NE troll. I'm sure it has something to do with the current. But all I've got to go by is my GPS speed.

Can't wait to get back out there tomorrow.
