WTB: Cannon Unitroll 6 bases / mounts

I have inherited 2 older style Cannon Unitroll 6 downriggers (the ones with the aluminum housing and boom) but I do not have any mounting hardware for them.

They appear to attach to the bases by sliding onto them and then being screwed on with a single large screw located inside the bottom of the housing (it is similar to the seat height adjusting wheel on an office chair)

The Cannon part number is 1007334 for the base and 2207323 for it with hardware.

Anyone have any or any ideas where I could get a pair of just the bases or preferably swivel mounts?
