told myself that i was fishin top water only . and had 3 blow ups in the last hour of light . didnt take the boat so fished on the maintance buildin side and did ok. all fish were small and came right out of the water after the lure

There is nothing more exciting than taking bass with top waters... OK Muskies also get the heart pounding I love using the old hula Popper just at sunset.. on flat calm water.. a few pops.. and let it sit, when it stops the bass just annihilate it. good luck on the next outing

I used to fish Casey Park back in the 80's. Then I heard that the fishing slowed down quite a bit with all of the overfishing and people keeping the small bass like panfish. Is it making a comeback?
