SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Put in Saturday but had a dead battery, so after buying a new battery tried again Sunday. Started trolling from Braddocks at 6:30 am and only saw one boat out in 40' so we trolled towards the river. As we headed that way we saw many boats heading west and out deep. Was surprised that 2 boats decided to fly right by us so close, pretty rude after having the entire lake. Tried 25' in front of Russell station and the river. Was not too many boats out. Some in close and some out deeper. Tried out in 60' and back to 25' before we had to call it a day. Sun decided to come out and turned into a beautiful day but I had to go referee some hockey. Anyone having any luck around braddocks/river? I enjoy spending time with my dad but I am really trying hard to get him into fish like he used to do for me. Keep thinking I am doing something wrong, but I don't hear many people posting great success either. Marked fish and bait all over but no luck. Thanks and good luck.
